Free Hawaiian Plant Medicine Workshop with SpinLuvPlay

April is Native Hawaiian Plant Month! Did you know Hawaii has over 1400 native plant species? They have been used for food, medicine, & tools, but many have become extinct. Learn about some unique plants and what they are used for in the spirit of E mālama i ka ʻāina! We will demonstrate how to use these plants in your kitchen, and you will take some samples home. Two medical doctors will lead this FREE community workshop: a passion for holistic plant medicine and a farmer from Malama mushrooms. Light food and drink are provided; bring yourself!
